Individual Sessions

Your one-hour session with a trained practitioner provides an opportunity to balance the energetic imbalances specific to your body.

An Individualized Approach
During your one-hour session with a trained practitioner, you lie down on a massage table - fully clothed. The practitioner "listens" to the energy pulses on your wrists. This allows the practitioner to assess which energy pathways in your body are in need of harmonizing at that moment!!!

A Simple Art
On a physical level, practicing the Art of Jin Shin Jyutsu is quite simple. Similar to acupressure, the fingertips are placed (over clothing) on designated areas of the body to release energy blockages caused by tension and stress. Neither massage nor manipulation of muscles is applied.

A Valuable Tool
Inducing relaxation and reducing the effects of stress, this gentle art is a valuable complement to all healing methods. It can help release mental, emotional and physical baggage. Our clients have marveled at the profound effects of this non-invasive form of "treatment" - from relief of chronic pain to increased energy to a general sense of feeling "lighter" and happier

And It's So Versatile!
Jin Shin Jyutsu is perfect for addressing a wide variety of health projects such as:

  • Headaches / Migraines

  • Muscular Pain

  • Sports & Other Injuries

  • Respiratory Difficulties

  • Blood Pressure

  • Arthritis

  • Hormonal
    Imbalances

  • Immune System

  • Chronic Fatigue

  • Digestive
    Problems

  • Emotional Disturbances

  • Many, More ! !

If you or someone you love are facing a health condition and want to know more about how Jin Shin Jyutsu might help, email us at michelle@bethefun.biz.
